Nivedita has been in the training industry for over 17 years. Coming from a hospitality background, she has worked with renowned organizations like TAJ Exotica (Maldives), JUMERIAH (Dubai), and Infosys (Pune) in Facility Management.
Having led and trained teams of up to 200+ professionals, she specializes in Confidence Building, Time Management, Leadership Training, Team Building, Multi-Tasking, Personality Development, Business Etiquettes, and Problem Solving.
In 2023, she founded Drushti Training and Consultancy Services. Her first project was at MARIGOLD BANQUETS (Pune), where she successfully trained 180 staff members. She has also trained over 400+ IT students at Rahitech Institute (Pune) and continues to work on projects with schools and TRODO Training Center.
